CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

I hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data,” by filling out the forms on the website https://rosfritt.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the Website), consent to the processing of my personal data by the Operator, JSC “KSTZ,” Legal Address: 58 Zavodskaya Street, Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov Region, 347801, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN)/KPP (Registration Code) 6147001847/614701001 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1. List of personal data for which consent is given to the processing

• Last name, first name, patronymic (if any);
• Contact phone number;
• Email address;
• Delivery address or service provision address;
• Order history on the Website;
• the data I provided in my support requests;
• IP address, browser and device information, cookies, and website behavior data (for technical operation and analytics).

1. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

• Processing my requests, inquiries, and providing consultations;
• Concluding and executing sales and service contracts (including product delivery, returns, and warranty service);
• Sending informational and advertising newsletters (subject to separate consent);
• Ensuring the technical operation of the Website, collecting web analytics, and improving the Website.

1. Actions Performed with Personal Data
